It’s that time of year again when I buckle down and get to work. I haven’t been focused on my weight loss journey like I should because I was dealing with health issues. After finding out that my iron levels were low and taking the necessary iron pills to increase my iron levels, I almost like myself again. There are still a few minor issues to take care of.
Back to my weight loss journey
I usually prefer to do HIIT (High-intensity interval training) exercises but this time around, I want to do monthly challenges as well as incorporate more walking into my fitness regime.
For the month of September, I want to complete some of the FitnessBlender exercises, 10,000 Squat Challenge, and 5,000 steps per day.
