Starting weight loss journey with HIIT exercises on

I’m starting my weight loss journey today.

Over the years, I have gained a lot of weight. At my heaviest I was 222 lbs. I went through a lot of depression due to relationship issues and my first pregnancy ending in a miscarriage. However, my worse bout of depression happened during and after the birthing of my second son. I had an emergency Caesarean section (c-section) after both my and my son’s stats fell. He had to stay in the NICU so I only got to kiss him and see him briefly before he was taken away from me.

To make a long story short, I turned to food for comfort and just stopped exercising. I put off everything until “tomorrow” and “tomorrow” never came. Until now.

Today, I weighed myself (picture down below) and decided to go back to Fitnessblender and HIIT exercises.

The scale I used is a cheap one I brought in Turkey. I know I will have to upgrade to a better scale but for now, it serves its purpose.
